Hi All, They say kids say it as it is and if this is anything to go by and any new member to the gardening world need that little push to help them know all the work is well worth while ?
Let me tell you of something thats just happend today via a drop in visitor,

One of our friends who we only see when all hells let loose dropped in unexpected this afternoon,

As she and my wife went into the kitchen for a private (no men allowed) chat,
myself and the daughter plus friend had a walk around the garden to see "Silver & friends in the topiary part of the garden followed by ice cream and a swing on the swinging seat,

It was then i over heard the daughter telling her friend that we made smashing salads and he gets told to go and pick a lettuce, and pull some raddish while your there,
They only eat fresh good food, thats why he's still young looking.
But i dont like raddish her friend replied,
Thats why you look older than 7 "she was quickly told, now shut up and eat your ice cream.

Well if that little lot is'nt Insperation to carry on gardening? then i dont know what is!

Reminds me of the time my niece asked me on the phone if she could come over & watch the chickens push balls out of their bums!
