hi I have this white dusty/ powerdery stuff on my mini f1 cucumber just on the top leaves , any ideas please !
Hi sounds like powdery mildew. Sulphur dust can limit spread. Discard badly affected plants. If problem just starting remove leaf, or fruit. Ventilate to change air occasionally.
Powdery mildew has started.
Hope this helps

hi yes its only just started , growing in a pot , and in a room that does get very warm , I will remove the leafves that are affected , also noticed on the lower leaves tiny black dots any ideas ? thank you
It normally happens so don't remove the leaves as it is not mildew.
thank you , Iam a newbie at growing veg so was worried I was going to have to bin it ! THANKS
just a update on my cucumber its looking really good now its 4 1/2 inches and there is another 5 growing too, as its a mini cucumber I think it might be ready to cut off the plant or do you have to wait till the flower is completely dead?
I was looking for something on this my cucumber has this stuff looks like someone's spilt some watered down white chalk on its leaves. Also something has been eating my cucumber, there is a silvery trail on some leaves but not everywhere like a slug or snail? Anyone got act ideas? What is the white stuff too?
