I'm growing Toms under glass and have 3 flower trusses on all the plants but the first few bottom flowers which have now dropped off dont have a fruit. I do seem to remember this happening before, is it no bees n things getting in the glasshouse? Should the door be left open or should I use a tiny paint brush and do it myself?....or dont do anything??

Damp down the floor and mist over the plants or give them a little shake now and again this will aid pollination and you will get fruit.
Conversely you might have to increase the ventilation- leave vent and door open on hot days and this will also let the insects in- have you shaded the greenhouse?
Dont muck about with brushes- let the insects do the work for you.
    Hope this helps

You do not need brushes or insects. Just shake the plants gently every day and pollination will take place. If you leave the door open then wind currents will do the job.
