Does anyone else grow these? If so can you cook them without them breaking up? When we dug the first ones, about a month ago, no problem but now I can't seem to cook them with them breaking up. I normally steam them but have tried simmering in water. I;d appreciate nay advice!
I'd never heard of them. Turns out they're a Maris Peer-Charlotte cross. Here's someone else with similar questions:
I microwave all my potatoes and they cook perfectly.
How much water do you add and, roughly, how long for say 4 medium spuds?
