chilli peppers

    morning all a friend bought a chilli pepper plant with lots of peppers on plant he would like to know how to keep in re fruiteing if poss thankyou

    Hi. If your friend knows the variety of pepper they can find out the approximate size of the mature fruit. All fruits that have reached maturity can be removed and will continue ripening on a window ledge or strung up. The plant will then hopefully make more growth and produce more flowers. Assuming it is in a pot, keep it in a warm sunny spot, water only when required ie. you don't want constantly damp compost, and feed weekly with tomato feed or similar.
