There is a bright yellow mushroom in the greenhouse near tomatoes. I moved it out and it spilt lots of yellow powder. I have no idea what this is and if it can do the toms some harm. Any advice please

No. you have probably walked in with the one that attacks tree roots. I do collect fungi but don't recall the name at the moment, although the powdery description is surprising.
The yellow powder is the spores. There are lots of yellow fungi, mostly harmless, decomposing dead matter. If the gills are white, and "crumbly" it may be a russula, yet it's impossible to tell without photos of all parts of it. What is it growing on, or in?
