Having finally got my shed for my allotment, my wish for 2011 has come true.As always I've started to think what next, what should go on my wish list for 2012.
I have given it some thought and now I want a greenhouse.
Do any of you out there have anything on your wish list for next year? If so what.

Blue cloudless skies when I am awake-rain when I am asleep.
Not too much to ask is it??
I would like OH to finally admit defeat with the lawn, then I could turn it all over to flowers and vegetables.
I would also like to pick the right plants for the weather, when I go for drought tolerant plants it buckets all summer and vice versa.
I would like normal rainfall next year and not too long and harda winter. Apart from one decent downpour in August we've had no real rain since mid March and my garden is parched.
The veggies are doing OK in the beds where we've been able to spread thick layers of garden compost but everything esle is showing increasing signs of stress - strawberries finished early, blueberries losing foliage, rhubarb getting stringy before July, short lived broccoli, autumn raspberries shutting down early, roses losing leaves and flowers early, clematis burned to a crisp, foliage on trees and shrubs turning early, perennials going to seed or just stopping flowering, new plants needing regular watering.
And the natural pond has been dry since the end of April. That doesn't usually happen till late August and then we get September rains to replenish it.

My wish is for one of those huge Ali Baba pots.
