Sandbanks is nothing like the Gold Coast in Australia. The Gold Coast is heavily developed and lined with skyscrapers whereas Sandsbanks retains sand dunes and low scale housing. The Gold Coast is the Australian equavlient of the over developed Spainish Costas and is far from the most famous or beautiful beaches in Australia. Try Broome in Western Australia as on eof the most beautiful but I've never been
