The second of two special MediaCity concerts marking the arrival of the 麻豆官网首页入口 Philharmonic鈥檚 new Chief Conductor, Omer Meir Wellber.

Omer opens this afternoon with Summer from one of Vivaldi鈥檚 best known and loved works 鈥� The Four Seasons.

Schumann鈥檚 mould-breaking Fourth Symphony, with its opening journey from darkness to blazing light, is paired with Schoenberg鈥檚 revolutionary Five Orchestral Pieces and we also hear Mozart鈥檚 Piano Concerto No. 12 - rich with lyricism and melodic texture.
