About This Event

The Scottish Chamber Orchestra presents one of the most popular works in the British choral repertoire: Mendelssohn鈥檚 Elijah. Full of earthquakes and hurricanes, fiery chariots, wicked queens and holy visions, this intensely dramatic oratorio is brought to life by the SCO鈥檚 exciting young Music Director Maxim Emelyanychev alongside soloists including Roderick Williams and Carolyn Sampson.
