Record-breaking West End and Broadway actor

John Owen-Jones is an award-winning and record-breaking West End and Broadway performer, best known for his performances in 'Les Mis茅rables' and 'The Phantom of the Opera'.

After training at London鈥檚 Central School of Speech and Drama, at just 26 he became the youngest actor ever to play the role of Jean Valjean in the West End production of 'Les Mis茅rables'. After reprising the role of on the show鈥檚 25th Anniversary in 2010, John was asked to reinterpret the role of the Phantom (a role which he played between 2001 and 2004) for its 25th anniversary UK tour two years later.

John has released three albums and performed in theatre all over the country at prestigious venues such as the National Theatre. He has appeared on television and radio shows such as 'The Mill', 'In the Flesh', and the 'Royal Variety Show'. In December John will appear in 'Movies and Musicals' in London with Lousie Dearman, Sarah Lark and Gareth Gates.
