Izzy Bizu is a 20 year-old singer songwriter from South West London.

Growing up immersed in the music of Ella Fitzgerald and James Brown, Izzy draws on these influences alongside modern-day icons Amy Winehouse and Adele to create a fusion of soul, funk, jazz and pop that manages to create an exclusive quality of sounding classic and brand spanking new all at once.

With over 150,000 views on her video for White Tiger, Izzy has been creating a fan base over the past 12 months, with many of the comments exclaiming their love for her distinctive voice and their wish for her to be recognised in the music industry. Radio 1 & 1Xtra were big supporters of White Tiger, with Fearne Cotton, Zane Lowe and DJ Target all spotting the talent this South London girl has to offer. After supporting Sam Smith on his UK tour in 2013 and Jamie Cullum at The Roundhouse in London, Izzy is on her way up and with a spot at Glastonbury this summer, who knows what the rest of 2014 can bring…
