Sing extracts from Bach's St Matthew Passion in this practical introduction to tonight's Prom. Together with Adey Grummet and the full 麻豆官网首页入口 Singers, you'll have the chance to explore the various compositional devices used by Bach聽in聽this聽complex emotional and dramatic work. This workshop is open to ages 16-plus. A knowledge of the piece is an advantage and聽secure score-reading recommended for this workshop.
The Royal College of Music is just opposite the Royal Albert Hall 鈥� so when the workshop is finished you can make your way to the concert to hear the music you鈥檝e just been singing performed in full. For details about booking Proms tickets click here.
How to book Proms Plus Sing workshops are free to attend but places must be reserved in advance. Click on the 鈥榮ign up鈥� box above and complete the online booking form.
