Bridget Moynahan has gone from child athlete to model to TV actress to movie star. Her performances in "Coyote Ugly" and TV's Sex and the City led on to film roles in "Serendipity", "The Sum of All Fears", and now "The Recruit" - the CIA thriller in which she stars opposite Al Pacino and Colin Farrell
How was it working with these two guys?
These darling boys! They were so wonderful with me. They both have so much more experience than I do so they showed me the ropes.
How hard was the role for you?
A lot of it was really working off Colin. He's such an incredible actor and so giving. He made it easy.
What appealed to you about the role?
It's a real three dimensional female character. A lot of times, with a female character, if she's strong and intelligent then the feminine side is vacant. But this character captured it all.
How about capturing that romantic on-screen spark with Colin. Did it come naturally?
We just worked at it together. We rehearsed a lot and it just developed quickly and nicely. Colin is someone I am so impressed with. He's really talented and yet he comes to the set and he's everyone's friend. He's so welcoming. He makes it easy.
"The Recruit" opens in UK cinemas on Friday 21st March 2003.
