Documentaries tend to get people worked up

Alexander Walker once called Don Boyd a "one-man film industry". After receiving formal training as a director in the 70s, he went on to become best known for his work as a producer - working on the likes of Scum, The Tempest, Scrubbers, and The Last Of England. In the 90s he forged a career as a TV documentarist, shooting three Ruby Wax series for the Âé¶¹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú. My Kingdom, an adaptation of King Lear starring Richard Harris, was well received, and now his documentary about a gay couple and their plans to legalise their relationship gets a cinematic release.
