Series 7: 22. North West FishReturning contenders Johnnie Mountain and Aiden Byrne along with newcomer Simon Rogan compete for the chance to cook at a glittering Olympic banquet. Which one but which one will prevail in the fish course?
Johnnie concocts a Recreation of the Sea, while Aiden makes beetroot poached salmon, caviar, razor clam, citrus and fennel salad, and Simon serves up lobster with pickled beetroot, sweet apple and cuckoo flower.
Marcus Wareing decides who goes through to the judges at the end of the week. Today sees a shocking result for one chef.
