Series 7: 27. London and South East Fish

It is the battle of the London and South East chefs - newcomers Phil Howard, Graham Garrett and Marcus McGuinness. All of them are determined to knock out their rivals in the race to the Olympic banquet.

They cook their fish course, but which one will prevail? Will it be Phil with a tasting of cornish mackerel with oysters, mussels, winkles and samphire; Marcus with pollock, peas, coconut and elderflower; or Graham with octopus, blood orange, feta cheese, squid ink tuile and black olive salt?

Great British Menu veteran Jason Atherton decides who goes through to the judges at the end of the week.
