Series 7: 29. London and South East Dessert

It is the battle of the London and South East chefs - newcomers Phil Howard, Graham Garrett and Marcus McGuinness. All of them are determined to knock out their rivals in the race to the Olympic banquet.

This is the final chance to impress the veteran with their dessert dishes. Will it be Phil with rhubarb and custard souffle, Marcus with asparagus, goat's curd and black olive, or Graham with lemon meringue?
