It is dessert course day, with the London and south east chefs competing for one of two places in the judges' chamber - the competition couldn't be tighter. Whoever scores the lowest will be going home and Tom Sellers, Adam Byatt and Adam Simmonds are doing everything they can to make sure it isn't them.
