North east chefs Frances Atkins, Paul Welburn and Colin McGurran attempt to impress the veteran judge with their main courses. Frances retraces her father's footsteps in Normandy and Colin also draws on his grandfather's involvement in the D-Day campaign. But will it be Paul's unusually-presented dish which sees him emerge victorious?
