Ingredients:

3 yolks Large eggs,
4 fl ozs Sugar Syrup,
6 fl ozs Brandy,
To taste Vanilla essence,
I tin Evaporated Milk,

Method:

Beat the egg yolks, and as you are beating add the sugar syrup and then the brandy and vanilla essence to taste.听 Continue beating and add the evaporated milk until the mixture is the consistency of cream.
