Tell us what you think of the much-maligned John Haider building - masterpiece or monstrosity?

May look okay inside but is awful on the outside ,would love to know who owns the building and has let it go so badly

THIS BUILDING IS NOT A MONSTROSITY, BUT THE NEGLECT AND THE STATE OF THE FLATS DO NEED ADDRESSING.I HAVE LIVED HERE TWICE AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN TEN YEARS ,THE OWNERS TALK ABOUT UPGRADES BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN TEN YEARS AND I DOUBT ANYTHING EVER WILL UNTILIT IS FORCED UPON THEM OR THE PLACE IS KNOCKED DOWN.
