Ambulance Control Car
This photo is of one of our stops in Germany, it was a small farm .
The HQ officers where billeted in the farm house the cow shed was used as a cook house and we were billeted in a half round long building like a brick kiln . The rear end closed and was quarter filled with mangolds for animal feed.
Our part at the front was open and we slept on the dirt floor. We were looking out at the pile of scrap that had been piled in a heap
