I Mary Senior (nee Griffiths) was evacuated from Leeds to Louth, along with my sister Barbara and brother Bernard. I have written my account of the event and also of the people who were so kind.
I would like to hear from anyone who remembers us, especially Louie Murgatroyd, Miriam or Mary Draycott or any other evacuees, whose names I can't remember.
My husband and I retired to Bristol to be near our daughters and grandchildren.
