Louise and Kenny Ward's local health authority was one of only three in the country which would not fund any IVF treatment on the NHS. The couple have already raised more than 拢4,000 to pay for their own treatment and, as they tell Ruth, they have been forced to abandon more then they bargained for to get the money:
