Taboo
Buy or make the game Taboo in another language - put one word at the top of the card and then a few related words underneath that are taboo words and must not be said. Then the person has to describe the word using different vocabulary. It's really good for getting to grips with synonyms and makes you think about associating the word with its meaning without translating in your head. It's a fun game too!
