Holiday with a mission
I had just started learning French and that summer we went cruising. Once back in France someone asked me what we'd been doing during the holidays and I said Nous sommes allées en croisade instead of saying Nous avons fait une ³¦°ù´Ç¾±²õ¾±Ã¨°ù±ð. I couldn't understand why everybody started laughing like mad! Later I found out that I got two words mixed up - croisade means crusade and ³¦°ù´Ç¾±²õ¾±Ã¨°ù±ð means cruising.
