Jump on the girl
Many years ago when I was a young Airman in Germany and just knew a little German, a couple of friends and I decided to go to the ³§³¦³óü³Ù³ú±ð²Ô´Ú±ð²õ³Ù, a local celebration with tents and loud oompah music. The big tent was very crowded and finally we found some table space across from some young ladies. After many beers we were starting to get real friendly with the girls and I was particularly attracted to the cute girl in front of me. In my tipsy state my confidence in my German was increasing by leaps and bounds. I wanted to jump over to her side of the table so above the blaring music I blurted out loudly Ich möchte dich bespringen! The girls laughed uncontrollably and told me what I had said was "I want to jump on top of you!", also a rude way of saying "I want to have sex with you". What I should have said was Ich will zu dir hinüberspringen!

Whilst studying in Germany, and after enjoying quite a few drinks one night, we went for some late night cocktails. Perhaps due to the quantity of alcohol consumed, my best friend turned to the waiter and asked for more milk to be added to her white Russian, because it was 'zu streng'. Translation = too strict. The laughter that followed kept us amused for quite a while!
