Boy, 13, charged with sexual offences

A 13-year-old boy has been charged with multiple sexual offences in Leicester.
Leicestershire Police said the boy was charged with attempted oral rape on a female, affray with intent to commit a sexual offence and sexual assault on a female.
He was also charged with four counts of possession of a knife or sharp bladed article in a public place.
The force said the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was remanded in custody to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
The charges related to incidents alleged to have taken place in the Newfoundpool area of Leicester on dates three dates in July and on Thursday, the force added.
