A man has been found guilty of murdering a stranger on Christmas Day during a confrontation in an underpass.
Reece Connor died in hospital after being stabbed in the chest in Wollaton Road, Nottingham, at 19:45 GMT on 25 December 2023.
A jury heard the 29-year-old died following a struggle with 18-year-old Kersharn Dockeray-Barnett.
The defendant was found guilty of murder at Nottingham Crown Court on Monday.
During the trial, jurors were told Mr Connor and Dockeray-Barnett, who was riding an e-scooter, came face to face in the Crown Island underpass having entered from opposite ends.
The court heard the pair, who did not know each other, had a disagreement before leaving the area.
Mr Connor returned to the area a short time later, by which time Dockeray-Barnett, of Marchwood Close, Nottingham, had asked friends to come to the scene.
A fight started and Mr Connor was stabbed in the chest.
He was taken to hospital but later died from his injuries.
Keaton Adlam-Morgan, 24, who was also accused of murder, was found not guilty on Friday.
Dockeray-Barnett will be sentenced at Nottingham Crown Court on 6 September.
