A woman has been seriously injured in a road crash in West Yorkshire.
The collision happened on the southbound A162 in Knottingley, West Yorkshire Police said, with the road closed in both directions between the North Road Bridge and junction 33.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment, with road closures likely to remain in place for several hours.
The bridge over the carriageway was also closed following the crash, the force added, with drivers advised to find alternative travel routes.
