Man, 21, charged with murder after fatal stabbing

A man has been charged with murder after a 41-year-old was fatally stabbed during a fight in the street.
Alan Sutton died on Sunday afternoon following the incident, which happened on Burton Road in Monk Bretton, near Barnsley.
Emergency services were called after reports of an altercation between a group of men, with Mr Sutton pronounced dead at the scene.
Callum Strachan, 21, of Burton Road, Barnsley, is due to appear at Barnsley Magistrates Court on Thursday, South Yorkshire Police said.
