    Haigh was also quizzed on when Labour will be unveiling its full plans for social care.

    Lib Dems leader Sir Ed Davey says Labour needs to be 鈥渕ore ambitious鈥with its plans 鈥 and agree to cross-party cooperation to deliver on long-term reform to the social care system.

    Also discussing social care was Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp, who says he鈥檚 not aware of Labour contacting his party for cross-party talks.

    And Ukrainian Environment Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk says her country remains ready to deliver on its climate commitments despite the impact the war with Russia is having on resources.
