MGMT confirm second LP details

MGMT have confirmed release details for their forthcoming second album.
Congratulations, the follow-up to the duo's 2008 debut Oracular Spectacular will be made available on 12 April.
Produced by Sonic Boom [Pete Kember] the nine-track album was recorded throughout last year in upstate New York, Malibu, and Brooklyn.
