Man sentenced for Bournemouth minibus crash death

Polish national Rafal Seniuk was sentenced to 24 weeks in prison, suspended for two years
A man who admitted causing a crash that killed a minibus passenger has been sentenced.
Krzysztof Krafczyk, 31, from Poland, died after the vehicle and a car crashed on Parkwood Road, Bournemouth, on 21 August.
Three other men who were on the minibus and the driver of the Honda car suffered minor injuries.
Rafal Seniuk, 21, from Laburnum Grove, Hounslow, was sentenced to 24 weeks in prison, suspended for two years.
He was also fined £250 and disqualified from driving in the UK for three years at a hearing at Bournemouth Crown Court.
Seniuk, a Polish national, previously pleaded guilty to causing death by careless driving.
PC Kevin Farenden, of Dorset Police, said: "Rafal Seniuk was employed to drive people from Poland to England when the collision occurred.
"His manner of driving that evening fell below the expected standard and tragically resulted in one man losing his life."
