Flintshire motorists face permanent parking charges
Motorists using town centre car parks in Flintshire will have to pay after the local authority rubber stamped the move.
The council hopes to raise 拢438,000 in the current financial year with staff working at County Hall in Mold also set to pay 拢12 for an annual permit.
The council has been operating a pilot parking payment scheme for 12 months.
It hopes the permanent move, agreed by cabinet on Tuesday, will help protect services threatened by budget cuts.
