Londonderry Murder Update

It has emerged that a gun used by one of the killers on Wednesday night jammed and that led to potentially vital evidence being left at the scene.

The Deputy First Minister, Martin McGuinness, has said the killers have no support in Derry. It's now known the victim served a prison term for drugs offences and police are investigating whether or not he was killed by dissident Republicans.

Our North West reporter, Keiron Tourish, has more on the detectives' hopes that major advances in DNA and forensic science will help catch the killers.
