New Secretary-General of NATO talks exclusively to Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú World News
In his first international TV interview since his recent appointment as the new Secretary-General of NATO, former Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen speaks to Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú World News's Nik Gowing.
From the NATO headquarters in Brussels, capital of the European Union, Nik talks to Mr Fogh Rasmussen on his first day in office about the current situations in Afghanistan and Pakistan as well as NATO strategy and relations with Russia.
The interview will be broadcast on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú World News's World News Today programme from 16.00 GMT on Monday 3 August 2009, repeated in full on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú World News's Asia Today at 22.45 GMT on Monday 3 August 2009 and at 00.45, 01.45, 02.45 and 03.45 GMT on Tuesday 4 August 2009.
