麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide enters into partnership with Canada's Temple Street Productions



麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide and Toronto-based Temple Street Productions announced today that they have reached an agreement for c and for the two companies to enter into an overall partnership on development, production and distribution.

The new relationship provides 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide with a Canadian production partner for its world-renowned formats while giving it access to Temple Street's scripted and unscripted programming and formats.听

The deal bolsters Temple Street's presence both in Canada and internationally as a creator and producer of top notch content and significantly increases the company's development and production funding capabilities.

Under the terms of the deal, Temple Street, owned by co-presidents Ivan Schneeberg and David Fortier, will have a first look option, in Canada, to produce 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide and independent formats to which 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide has Canadian rights.听

Additionally, 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide will have a first look option to acquire international distribution rights on Temple Street originated productions.听 The new partners will also explore new format and co-production initiatives across a diverse range of genres including entertainment and factual entertainment.

Temple Street will work closely with 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide's UK-based Content & Production division and 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide鈥檚 Toronto-office, run by Hilary Read, to ensure that all opportunities are exploited.

Wayne Garvie, Managing Director 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide Content & Production said: "Temple Street is rapidly gaining an international reputation as a hot shot production company.听

"With David and Ivan we have a duo whose ambitions, creativity and attitude mirror those of 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide.听 Moreover, we have now significantly strengthened our ice hockey squad."

"The clout of the 麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide brand combined with the iconoclastic and entrepreneurial attitude of its principals convinced us that this partnership was the perfect fit for Temple Street and the right next step in the growth of our business.

The two companies will build on their recent successes in Canada, where Temple Street is currently producing the Canadian version of the 麻豆官网首页入口 hit series, How Do You Solve a Problem like Maria?听 听

麻豆官网首页入口 Worldwide recently announced that it had won international distribution rights to The Session, Temple Street's hotly anticipated new drama which airs on CBC next January.
