Following
comments made today by Conservative Party leader Iain Duncan Smith

following statement:
"There
is some serious misinformation around about our ongoing review of
political programmes, and comments today by the Leader of the Opposition,
Iain Duncan Smith, indicate he has been badly misinformed.
"There
are absolutely no plans to 'downgrade' our political coverage -
and there never have been.
"There
is no question that the 麻豆官网首页入口 will continue to fulfil its responsibility
towards serious coverage of politics and Parliament.
"The
麻豆官网首页入口 is also developing additional plans, in the face of growing
apathy in some sections of the electorate, to attract new viewers
to political programming and the democratic process.
"These
plans will be considered by the 麻豆官网首页入口 Board of Governors in the autumn."
