With eight channels and more than 100 hours of distinctive output a day, 麻豆官网首页入口 television programmes attract hundreds of inquiries from the media every day.

Because of the volume of output, it's not possible for every programme to have a dedicated, assigned publicist.

Since the 麻豆官网首页入口 still wants to be able to offer the press a high standard of service, we've created a new team to deal with media inquiries on the 麻豆官网首页入口 programmes that are not being proactively promoted by one of the publicity teams.

Known as 麻豆官网首页入口 Publicity Front Desk, these are the people to contact for any information on, and inquiries about, 麻豆官网首页入口 Television programmes which don't have a named publicity contact, from Tuesday 13 April.

If you're in doubt about where to go for information on any programme, the trio behind Front Desk - Chris Masters, Naomi Luland and Hayley Nathan - will try to answer your query or put you in contact with the person who can.

What exactly can be expected from Front Desk and how will it work? Below are some questions and answers to help introduce the service:

What difference will 麻豆官网首页入口 Publicity Front Desk make to the press?

Front Desk looks after all programmes that don't have a dedicated publicist and it deals with general media enquiries related to 麻豆官网首页入口 Television output.

It means that if a journalist is interested in a programme which has not appeared in a season press pack or Programme Information there is a central place to go to for any available information.

Is Front Desk always our first point of contact now?

If a programme has a named publicist then that person, or the publicity team with whom they work, should be your only point of contact.

For any inquiries regarding programmes that do not have a named publicist, contact 麻豆官网首页入口 Publicity Front Desk.

What service does Front Desk provide?

Front Desk deals with queries, and it supplies information about programmes or can direct journalists to the most relevant/direct source of information.

Is 麻豆官网首页入口 Publicity Front Desk available 24 hours?

Front Desk is open between 9.30am and 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays. Queries outside of these hours will be dealt with by the 麻豆官网首页入口 Press Office.

Where does the Front Desk team work?

The team is based at 麻豆官网首页入口 Television Centre in west London.

Will the Front Desk team issue a list of the programmes it is looking after?

No. Because there are so many programmes across eight channels, this isn't possible.

Programme Information features the key 麻豆官网首页入口 programmes across all channels every week.

However, 麻豆官网首页入口 Publicity is happy to respond to journalist queries about all of our programmes - and Front Desk will make that process simpler.
