The 麻豆官网首页入口's facilities management procurement process was announced on 28 June 2005 and follows the restructuring of the 麻豆官网首页入口/Land Securities Trillium (LST) property partnership, announced on 12 May 2005.

Under this restructuring, the 麻豆官网首页入口 and LST are refocusing their relationship onto their joint property developments and LST will no longer provide facilities management services to the 麻豆官网首页入口.
