New Independent Commissioning Executive and Head of Scheduling, C麻豆官网首页入口 and CBeebies announced

Richard Deverell, Controller, 麻豆官网首页入口 Children's, today announced the appointment of Damian Kavanagh, Head of Planning and Scheduling for 麻豆官网首页入口 THREE, as Independent Commissioning Executive and Head of Scheduling, C麻豆官网首页入口 and CBeebies.

In this joint role, he will work closely with Anne Gilchrist, Creative Director, C麻豆官网首页入口, in developing and overseeing content from the independent sector.

Damian will also be responsible for scheduling two digital channels, C麻豆官网首页入口 and CBeebies, as well as for children's output on 麻豆官网首页入口 ONE and 麻豆官网首页入口 TWO. He will take an active role in developing formulating the content and brand strategy for C麻豆官网首页入口.

Damian joined 麻豆官网首页入口 Channel Management in 1997 where he has held various roles including Scheduler for the former 麻豆官网首页入口 CHOICE and Schedule Manager, 麻豆官网首页入口 ONE. He has been Head of Planning and Scheduling for 麻豆官网首页入口 THREE since 2004.

CBeebies is the top performing children's channel and C麻豆官网首页入口 is the second most popular children's channel (average share 2005).
