Britain's Missing Top Model winner announced

Kelly Knox, a 23 year-old-credit controller from Enfield, has won Britain's Missing Top Model, part of the Beauty Season on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Three.

She wins a photoshoot in fashion magazine Marie Claire, shot by renowned photographer Rankin.

Eight gorgeous girls were selected to take part.
Ìý
Each had the looks and personality to become a model – but each also has a disability.

The series aims to challenge conventional notions of beauty and, with one in six people in the UK registered disabled, the show raises the issue of whether they should be represented in the fashion world.

Winner Kelly was born without her lower left forearm, but she says: "It has never stopped me from doing anything in life."

On winning, Kelly says: "I'm over the moon that I've won the competition.
Ìý
"I'm going to work so hard to make the most of this amazing opportunity and I really do hope that I can make some kind of difference – no matter how large or small – to the way disabled people are represented in the modelling world."

Her journey to success began with her first photoshoot entitled An Object Of Desire, for which all the contestants had to buy a prop to be pictured with.

Kelly selected a whip because she felt it represented her fierce personality.

Her resulting photos immediately impressed the judges.
Ìý
The second challenge was to model lingerie in the window of a high street shop.
Ìý
It was designed to test how comfortable and confident the girls were with their bodies and their disabilities.

The challenge finished with a 1950s pin-up shoot which, again, Kelly got safely through.

With five girls remaining, their challenge was a catwalk show.
Ìý
With just 48 hours to prepare and polish their performance, Kelly struggled.
Ìý
Although she looked the part, the judges felt she didn't have the elegance required by a model and they started to question whether Kelly really had what it takes to win.

Next up was to work with a male model for an advert casting and then a photoshoot.
Ìý
Her photograph disappointed the judges as they felt she was holding back.
Ìý
Kelly was questioned whether she could let go and be expressive enough to become a model, but managed to escape being eliminated.

With just three girls left in last night's show the pressure was on.
Ìý
There were two challenges, with one person being eliminated from the competition after each.
Ìý
The first photoshoot took place in East London. Kelly did well. The photographer was really pleased with her, commenting that she's "a natural".
Ìý
Jessica was eliminated and so Sophie and Kelly went through to the final round and the ultimate tough assignment – a nude shoot.
Ìý
Both girls impressed the judges, but it was Kelly who was felt to have the edge and was crowned the winner of Britain's Missing Top Model.
Ìý
The series finishes next week and follows Kelly's photoshoot for Marie Claire and her visit to a casting at a modelling agency to see if they will take her onto their books – starting a career as a working model.
