Radio Cymru Editor Sian Gwynedd said: "We're thrilled that the new Radio Cymru schedule which was launched in September last year is attracting more listeners. As the only Welsh language national station we have to appeal to a wide variety of audiences and we are pleased that we remain the first choice for Welsh speakers all over Wales."
