About the Show

There is big money to be won in each episode as The Button, voiced by comedian Alex Horne, sets each household a total of five random challenges. The Button is a game of skill, intrigue and emotional intellect. And… the Button can go red at any point! All the households have to do, is press him to play – and all from the comfort of their very own living rooms!

Over the course of one day, five households compete against one another in five Challenges, for the chance to win a fixed amount of money per challenge.

It starts with the same five households playing each week. The winner of each episode will be the household that’s accumulated the most money after all five Challenges. The money they win will be that episode’s “Prize Money”. No other household will win any money in that episode.

At the end of each episode, the Winner always decides if they want to leave The Button with their Prize Money, or play on the following week for the chance to win even more. The risk is, if they then lose the following week, they lose all the money accumulated so far - and go back to zero!
If a winning household decides to leave the series with their Prize Money, a new household joins the game the following week.

The maximum amount any household can win at the end of any episode is £15,000.
