How to catch all of the action of Radio 1鈥檚 Dance Weekend

Even though we can’t get out to the white Isle this year we can still save the summer with 3 days of sets from the world’s biggest DJs.

The biggest names in dance are coming together for Radio 1 Dance Weekend, and we are bringing you the likes of Becky Hill, Jax Jones, Disclosure, RAYE, Carl Cox, and more from 31 July to 2 August.

You can listen live on Radio 1, and catch up on 麻豆官网首页入口 Sounds and iPlayer.

Here's how you can keep up with all the action...

1 | Listen on the radio

The Dance Weekend will kick off on Friday 31 July with an evening of brand new DJ sets (7pm – 1am) from Disclosure, Annie Mac, The Blessed Madonna, Duck Sauce, Franky Wah, Danny Howard, Black Coffee, Jayda G, Four Tet and Pete Tong b2b with Bonobo.

Other highlights across the weekend include a special edition of Radio 1’s Dance Anthems on Saturday 1 August (3 – 7pm) featuring PAs from Becky Hill and RAYE alongside brand new mixes from the likes of Jax Jones and Duke Dumont, while on Sunday 2 August, The Heritage Orchestra & Jules Buckley will be reuniting to perform a stripped back piano medley of some much-loved dance classics.

2 | Explore the world's biggest nightclub on 麻豆官网首页入口 Sounds

As well as listening live on Radio 1, fans can join the party by dropping into the world’s biggest nightclub on 麻豆官网首页入口 Sounds.

They’ll be 5 virtual rooms repping: Essential Mix, Dance Anthems, Radio 1 Dance, Radio 1’s Wind Down and 麻豆官网首页入口 Music Introducing Dance. Entry is free, you just have to download the app.

3 | Watch on iPlayer

iPlayer will be your go-to place to watch all the Radio 1 Dance sets. It will kick off Friday from 7.30pm, with all the sets available on-demand afterwards.

You will also be able to relive the hugely popular Radio 1 Ibiza Prom from 2015 as part of the Dance Weekend celebrations. It will be broadcast on TV for the first time on Friday 31 July (midnight, 麻豆官网首页入口 Four). Recorded in the iconic Royal Albert Hall, the Ibiza Prom features Jules Buckley and the Heritage Orchestra, John Newman, Ella Eyre and more.
