Playtime with the puppet people, Bella, Milo, Jake and Fizz. Milo is in a noisy mood. He has found a noisy instrument that he calls his rattler, and goes round each person in turn showing them how noisy it can be. The rest of the Tweenies are in a quiet mood, and try to get Milo to make less noise, but it takes Max's intervention to sort the situation out. They each make an instrument, and together they play them first in a quiet way, and then in a noisy way.
