Bobblesberg is hosting the Winter Games and Bob is asked to build a magnificent log cabin for Bobsville's mayor. Wendy is busy practising for the skiing event, so Bob appoints Scoop as second-in-command. Meanwhile, Scarecrow Spud is a secret stowaway.
