Every year there are more than 10,000 vehicle collisions in Hampshire. A large number of the drivers make dangerous efforts to get away from the scene, usually because they have something to hide: being uninsured, unlicensed, drunk or worse. The traffic cops are determined to catch them and stop those who are on the road to destruction.
